The College of Education for Pure Sciences holds a symposium on the role of the university professor in influencing the student’s psychology

As part of the activities of the guidance week, the Chemistry Department at the College of Education for Pure Sciences, University of Diyala, held a symposium on the role of the university professor in influencing the psychology of the university student and in the conference and seminar hall. The symposium, which was presented by Assistant Lecturer Hanadi Yassin Amin and Assistant Lecturer Saja Abdul-Ridha Kazim, aimed to clarify the impact of the university professor on the student’s psychology, as the student emulates him, assumes his personality, and imitates his behavior. The university professor is a transmitter of knowledge and knowledge and directs the student’s behavior towards the best. The first axis included the responsibility that falls on the shoulders of the instructor, including discovering students who suffer from problems or challenges and discovering those who suffer from problems or challenges. The second axis showed the importance of providing a positive, safe and comfortable environment for students to trust him when facing any challenge or difficulty. The better the relationship between the university professor and the student, the better their compatibility and sense of security, which leads to success and excellence. The symposium concluded with the importance of inner and psychological peace and the necessity of reconciliation with oneself and with others to create an ideal academic community
